Warranty and Support Renewal

Appliance support can be extended by renewing your Mirth Software Support at the same level or higher. Mirth Appliance customers receive the following additional benefits by maintaining a Mirth Support agreement:

  • Extended appliance hardware replacement warranty
  • Appliance support including SupportNet
  • Appliance patches and software updates

To renew appliance support simply include your serial number in the “Special Instructions” field during the checkout process. You may renew one appliance for each qualifying Mirth Support item purchased.
